Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only for orders that are received in a damaged condition, are defective, or have been incorrectly dispatched. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Non-Refundable Items
Perishable goods, opened or partially consumed products, and items purchased during a sale or promotional offer are not eligible for a refund. We also do not accept returns based on a change of mind.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will be notified once the refund is initiated.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded within 7 business days.
